I'm saying diao3 in xcin-2.5.1.99-pre3/cin/zh_TW.Big5/pinyin.cin
(there is only one) don't look at it if you don't wanna be offensed. :)

BTW, this character is in Chinese Dictionaries in Mainland. And used
at least in processing ancient Chinese writings. (what a pitty :( but
fortunately we could clean up 'em with the help of GB2312 now. :) and
left people all wondering what's wrong with that bird? :D

that is why computer could enhance our lives. but it surely
depends on the standard writers' moral consciousness.
so, thanks gb2312. (i won't use gbk soon, lucky :)
