Looks like an Ultrix boot record for a DECstation.
That's a list of boot file extents and their locations. For an ISO
we can assume contiguous files, so it makes no difference in that case.

There's only a single boot file. As a sidenote, there are other
mips/mipsel system architectures with different firmware and disk
layout conventions. This makes even building a CD which boots on
all mips systems tricky.
