I don't know if the whole images are around there, but you can build
your missing images with jigdo (for details of jigdo see
<http://atterer.net>). You can find jigdo files here:

ftp://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-cd/jigdo/3.0_r1/

Then you can get image four and seven and have a complete set of
r1-CDs. Additionally you could get an update cd for updating your
3.0r1 installation to 3.0r2, jigdo files are here:

http://non-us.cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/3.0_r2/jigdo/i386/

So you don't need to download the whole set of cds and save some time
and traffic :-)
