That should be:

  www.uk.debian.org::debian-cd/2.2_rev3/i386/binary-i386-1.iso

or perhaps more canonically:

  cdimage.debian.org::debian-cd/2.2_rev3/i386/binary-i386-1.iso

Since those two names refer to the same machine.

BTW, why did you think the "cd-images" was needed?  Is there some
documentation out of sync somewhere?
