Thanks for taking time to deal with this.

I have an image from stable, and it is not
burned onto cd-rom. So I thougt it was
stright forward to loopmount this image and
get some new modules. But that was not possible.
Maybe Solaris 7 don't have this feature?

It would be nice to build a new image from this
stable and test CD, because I think I need a newer kernel
for the installation of Debian on a Sun Ultra 1 Creative.
I have not been able to install because there is a:

esp0:data bad parity detected

effectively blocking the install procedure. I think a
newer kernel maybe would be a remedy?
