Dear all,

is there a good reason why

   -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 158688 /usr/bin/netstat

is not assigned to group 'kmem' and blessed with SGID?
A quick check reveals that even OpenBSD allows this.

For our convenience, a change wuold remove an annoying
warning message that '/dev/kmem' could not be accessed.

Best regards,
  Mats E A
