I just did a test installation with exactly your parameters, and here
cryptsetup-initramfs got installed automatically.

I can confirm this, those are not installed here too.
To debug these problems, could you sent us the installation logs, please?
(Sorry for the late reply; if you still have that installation running and
did not removed those log files by hand, they should still be available in
/var/log/installer/ )
Please sent them compressed to this bugreport.
