Hi,

as mentioned in #993668, CUPS does not get installed for all the desktop
environments currently, mainly because there is no task for print server
anymore in tasksel.

I think, it would be good to get the dedicated fix into stable:

However, I have no experience with the procedere of uploading to stable,
so what's the way to go here?
