Re: netcfg: supposed to use use_autoconfig, or disable_autoconfig? [Was: Bug#838948: [patch] preseed appendix of d-i manual: use_autoconfig]

Hello,

Hopefully a netcfg hacker will read this?

I don't know. Digging in the git history shows that disable_dhcp
(original name for disable_autoconfig) was introduced *after* use_dhcp
(original name for use_autoconfig). So it's most probably not a
deprecation, and disable_autoconfig would supposed to be used, not
use_autoconfig. Joshua, any idea about it?
