Mmm, I couldn't achieve that. I have:
- selected english
- selected netherlands
- selected the en_US.UTF-8 locale
- selected US keymap
and used default values for the rest.
The installed system has en_US.UTF-8 as locale: /etc/environment
contains:
# File generated by update-locale
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
LANGUAGE="en_US:en"
I don't see where LC_TIME=nl_NL.utf8 would come from. Are you sure you
didn't modify your environment?
