For completeness sake:

this udeb is currently uninstallable, breaking the netboot-gtk d-i
build:
libpango1.0-udeb:amd64 Depends on libharfbuzz0 [ amd64 ] < none > ( none ) can't be satisfied!
This dependency should be optional (even if no flag exists for that
yet), so that libharfbuzz0 goes away from this udeb's Depends field.
A udeb package has been added for harfbuzz and it's currently going
through NEW [1]. The version in NEW does currently have the following
dependencies:
libc6-udeb (>=2.17), libfreetype6-udeb (>=2.4.0), libgcc1,
libglib2.0-udeb (>=2.36.1), libicu48 (>=4.8-1), libstdc++6
After talking to pango/harfbuzz upstream, he recommended to build
harfbuzz without ICU support. This will get us rid of the libgcc1,
libicu48 and libstdc++ dependency.
