A few other changelogs popped up after a PTS issue got fixed, that caused “new” udebs to be unknown: http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/qa/trunk/pts/www/cgi-bin/error404.cgi?annotate=2780 As far as changelog review is concerned, I tried to stick to what really is visible in the d-i environment or in the newly-installed system. Unfortunately, for the latter, things like changes to the desktop environment, or changes to initscripts/sysvinit (e.g. /tmp on tmpfs by default in wheezy, reverted in unstable) wouldn't pop up in that announce. Maybe we could try and gather important things from the relevant maintainers. But I fear I won't be the one doing that. Mraw, KiBi.
