Bug#610524: Preseed: Debian Installer asks for keyboard-configuration/variant

Hello,

I believe this should be fixed by the completion of switching to
console-setup, which was done a few days ago.

This is expected and documented in the installation manual, sections
B.1.1 (Preseeding methods) which explains the issue, B.2.2 (Using boot
parameters to preseed questions) which you just described, and B.2.3
(Auto mode) which permits to preseed them.
