Bug#637452: Lower priority of first user's fullname question

currently it is asked the fullname of the first user being created during the
standard installation.
Lowering the priority, the question will be skipped and the standard
installation will be completed with one less question to the user.
The question will still be available on the expert install and preseed.

Speaking as a user, I think this is a bad idea. Not giving a name to the first user seems very un-friendly to me.

But it's actually much worse than just "unfriendly".

Implementing this change will necessitate a long and very-likely-to-be- misunderstood and confusion-causing (and worse yet, ignored-by-those- who-most-need-it) discussion in the installer documentation of how to create user accounts after the first boot.

Are you prepared for that kind of churn?

Rick
