Bug#416986: boot manager's timeout till default start to load

Hi,

the timeout duration it's the default from the boot manager. If you feel it 
should be different let it be changed in defaults of the boot manager.

Personally i want my computer to boot fast and i avoid long timeouts in the 
boot manager.

As it doesn't affect the installer and it can be customized in the installed 
system i propose to be closed or reassigned to $boot managers.
