Checking partman-btrfs it seems doing that. Have you tested it with
squeeze installer?
Partman-btrfs check in creating filesystem.
Wrong in first boot system: fsck.btrfs not found. fsck.btrfs(btrfsck) is part of the btrfs-tools package.
