There is an error in
http://www.debian.org/releases/squeeze/example-preseed.txt
#d-i localechooser/supported-locales en_US.UTF-8, nl_NL.UTF-8
is missing a question type and probably should be
#d-i localechooser/supported-locales multiselect en_US.UTF-8, nl_NL.UTF-8
There should be a test during building the documentation that
- first enables everything in example-preseed.txt
- and runs it through 'debconf-set-selections -c' afterwards
