Comments/Problems:
basic installer: hangs on network detection for several minutes and I can't get around that problem. ctrl+c restarts the recognition process endless (E)
expert installer:
after going to "detect network card" it 'hangs' as in the basic installer but I can stop this step with ctrl+c but afterwards i can start configure network, then it complains that it wants to detect the network card, but after cancel it correctly initialize the network adapter with dhcp selected.
Also "detect hard drives" hangs for a long period of time and after stopping it with ctrl+c and selecting "partition hard drives" and going to cancel, and not try to detect hard drives again, it goes straight to 50% but takes around 1 minute to complete the initialization step. But then i could partition my hard drive, and install the rest without any problems.
I installed LILO as boot loader and had to add the "rootdelay=9" to the kernel append parameters, otherwise it hangs after detecting and mounting the /dev/sda in the booting process.
