So there is missing firmware for your ethernet controller
(tigon/tg3_tso5.bin), which is not really needed for it to
basically work.

check-missing-firmware tried to load firmware, and then it reloaded
all modules that needed firmware. This takes the interface down.

Normally, we would not get past netcfg with an interface that was in
use but had missing firmware. So this optional missing firmware is
what triggers the problem.

One way to fix this would be to make check-missing-firmware refuse to
reload NIC modules whose interfaces have an address assigned.
Problem: How to map from module to interface?
