It works for many people, I think. 
That are special, rare used setups, where it doesn't work.

If you think this way, the section about know issues can completely
be canceled:
if you have a known problem and cannot fix it (because of technical
reasons, because of lack of man power or whatever the reason may be) 
wipe the complete package or functionality away and the problem is gone.

But the Known Issues section exists.
