What? Not yet built ≠ buildds are slow. util-linux FTBFS, as seen on:
  https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=util-linux

Quoting the Failed reason: “#581725”, which even points directly to
the bug page:
  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=581725

That'd explain the situation on kfreebsd-* & sparc.

As for ia64, you may want to ping the ia64 buildd admins, there might
have been some issues with signing the build log, or just an
over-weekend delay, which would explain its being “Built” for 3 days.
