[D-I Manual] bad entity in urls.ent

Hello,

A french reader of the manual reported that the link to "kernel traffic" 
in http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/ch01s02.html.fr
was pointing at a russian porn site.

The entity is defined in build/entities/urls.ent as
<!ENTITY url-kernel-traffic
"http://www.kerneltraffic.org/kernel-traffic/index.html";>.
