/proc is still eminently useful in many situations, although may not be
strictly required for this example; I think it's a good idea to keep it.
However, we should probably update the mount options "none" to
"defaults" to match the /etc/fstab on normal systems.
I agree that we should add /sys, and have done so for the next version
of debootstrap.
