Bug#511288: debian-installer: Partitioner should have an option to separate /boot

Package: debian-installer
Severity: wishlist

Sometimes even if you are not doing an LVM or RAID installation one wants a separate /boot partition. Guided partitioner does not allow that, only "all together", "separate /home" or "separate
/home, /usr, /var and /tmp", but there is not a "separate /boot".

I suggest it should be a checkbox additional to the existent listing.
