Bug#511194: ftp.netspace.net.au mirror update

The Australian ftp.netspace.net.au mirror has recently been updated and consequently the path to the debian mirror has changed.
If you select this mirror from the list it prompts an error with the mirror.

I suggest that the ftp.netspace.net.au entry in the setup be changed to reflect the mirror.

The current location:

ftp://ftp.netspace.net.au/pub/debian/

should be changed to:

ftp://ftp.netspace.net.au/pub/debian/debian/

and the same with the http mirror:

http://ftp.netspace.net.au/pub/debian/

to:

http://ftp.netspace.net.au/pub/debian/debian/

This should also be updated on the debian.org mirror page.
