Bug#510842: partman-lvm: Dead end when selecting a PV partition

Package: partman-lvm
Severity: normal

I'm trying to install Lenny on a laptop which already has an existing
Etch setup as well as some room for Lenny using
debian-testing-i386-netinst.iso as downloaded on the 2nd of January
(MD5 is a3062399b5b68c7210b60b2ac84f26c1).

Current partition table looks like:
- hda1 ext3 (not used);
- hda2 PV;
- hda3 swap;
- hda5 to hda10: used by Etch.

  The hda2 PV belongs to a VG named vg_elastomir, which contains a LV
named root.

  Booting the installer, going through language selection, hardware
and network detection okay. Entering the partitioner, I choose manual
partitioning. hda2 is correctly displayed as LVM, and the LV is also
correctly shown later.

  On selecting hda2, I get an error page telling me that this
partition is used by LVM. The "Continue" option brings me back to the
partitioner's menu, but the "Go back" option brings me to... nowhere.
A blank page, with just a title and no way out that I could find. I
had to reboot to get hold of the computer again.

  Not quite sure this is the correct package to report the bug
against, so feel free to reassign if needed.
