They are very much appreciated. Although we do try to at least read all of them (which helps a lot to see trends and recurring issues), unfortunately we lack the manpower to always properly respond to them. Also, for adding really specific support for things like detecting and supporting "Red Hat with Xen" or OpenSolaris we do rely on getting patches from the people who actually run such dual-boot setups. Debian is a community effort and there's only so much the (small) D-I core team can do. Cheers, FJP
