Bug#485447: tasksel: Rename Northern Sami to North Sámi and add hunspell-se package

There is no northern-sami/north-sami task, only northern-sami-*-desktop. But
maybe a north-sami task should be created and hunspell-se added to it (when
available), since there are no North Sámi dictionaries for other spellcheckers.
Otherwise, the hunspell/myspell dictionaries are usually in the *-desktop tasks
(because OOo and Iceweasel use them).
