Bug#479325: cdebconf-gtk-entropy: minor usability issues

The cleanup function was not called when the "Go back" button was
activated before.  A fix has been commited, it should work fine now.

Both were related to my failure to fully switch to a non-blocking
read.  Hasty tests did not show this up. :(

This has been fixed as well. :)

I hope it's ready to be released now…
