1) We currently don't have the infrastructure for it (a "help" button
   would require an extention of cdebconf.
2) Help texts and their translations would mean a serious memory overhead.
   This could be minimized, but again that would require extention of
   existing tools.
3) There's always the installation guide (which people don't read anywhere
   near often enough) which does (try to) explain such terms.
