pkgsel doesn't work for me if I accept the default of not joining the
popularity contest; cdebconf crashes on the PURGE command it receives by
passthrough when the popularity-contest package is being purged.
DEBCONF_DEBUG=20 doesn't give me quite enough information to debug this,
so I'll need to build a special image with more debugging.

I've fixed most of the other bugs I encountered in new debconf,
hw-detect, and pkgsel uploads. In pkgsel trunk I've arranged for
debian-installer/keymap to be propagated, which should fix
xserver-xorg's keymap detection. However, I have one other issue:
xserver-xorg seems to get very confused when trying to ask the
xserver-xorg/config/display/modes question, doubles all the commas in
the value it presets for that, and then gets confused about the answer I
provide too and only makes the 640x480 mode available. I haven't
attempted to debug this yet.

Christian did localechooser; I've done the other two.

Cheers,
