Adding an Architecture: field to Mirrors.masterlist

Hi,

It'd be useful to have an Architecture: field in Mirrors.masterlist,
with the same format as is used in debian/control files (e.g.
"Architecture: i386 powerpc"). Given this, it would be pretty easy for
the installer to be able to offer only mirrors that contain packages for
your architecture.

If I added support for this field to choose-mirror, could whoever
maintains Mirrors.masterlist consider starting to convert some of the
current Comment: fields into this more machine-readable format? This
will be useful for various proposed post-sarge mirroring changes.
