Bug#304973: missing NIC in moe

Note the _three_

That are indeed _three_ interfaces,
but only _two_ are from hardware  ( "lo" is software )
so one is still missing.
And that makes the problem interresting.

there was a change on on march 21th and march 29th

Your report #304002 learned me that you checked with
a version from april 3th.

If you do 

   modprobe tlan

see you then with `ifconfig -a`  _three_ NICs ?
