This is the now usual debconf templates "polishing" process for this package.
Here, the most frequent change was to change the question-type short
description for string templates into a "prompt" (w/ ending colon).
This will make the templates look better with the new cdebconf interface.
This sometimes involved adding some stuff at the beginning of the extended
description just to clear up things and improve readability.
