Bug#79092: problems installing

At what point did this happen?

Oy, I've seen this one before.

Well, it's kinda hard to say, since you don't mention your
architecture, or any of the steps you did.

I suggest you boot using the boot argument of INIT=/bin/sh to
workaround the termwrap problem above.  Then you can put a really
simple version of termwrap there:

  #!/bin/sh

  exec $@

Next, reboot and complete the install.

Finally, send /var/log/installer.log to this bug report.

If I do not get the installer.log file, there really isn't enough
details in this bug report for us to leave it open.
