`dbootstrap' Makefile `make -j4' works now.

 I fixed the `dbootstrap' Makefile so that you can build it with `-j4'
 now if you like.  Also, if you define `no_pointerize=1' either on the
 Make command line or in your environment, `pointerize' will NOT be
 run every time you change a C source file.
