Makefile: lower rootdisk blocks to 2100 for i386 (16 free currently).
rootdisk.sh: * Use tempfile for temp floppy image filename.
* Pass -N 600 (leaves about 60 free inodes, instead of hundreds).
scripts/rootdisk/mksmallso.sh: Little hack to avoid putting *_pthread*
symbols on link line, they are all weak and undefined and make it
into the small lib anyway. This hack is necessary for a correct
small libc, and slang doesn't seem to like mksmallso.sh anyhow.
