We have 3 big thing to deal whith at the first boot:
- kernel: 2.2 is bigger than older one
- root: we know it is so small.. also we have to add someting (dhcp
client? subset of raidtools? isapnp to be able to use some eth soon?
  ...)
- modules: mainly scsi and eth ones

so we can have:
- 3 floppy
- 1 floppy + CD
- 1 Floppy + net
- only CD
- CD + net
- LS120 (and similar)

a bit huge if someone can only use floppy...
