Log message:
Makefile:
- Change i386 kernel version to 2.2.7
- Comment out tecra stuff, 2.2 kernels obsolete it.
- Raise size of i386 rootdisk, since libc can't be reduced.

rescue.sh:
- Convert ugly if...elif...fi to case statement.

rootdisk.sh:
- Change alpha libcver to 2.1.1.

scripts/rootdisk/fdisk-powerpc:
- Fix Power Macintosh case.

utilities/dbootstrap/Makefile:
- Use -Os (optimize for size) instead of -O2.

utilities/dbootstrap/dbootstrap.h:
- Define BASETGZ to base2_2.tgz

utilities/dbootstrap/main.c:
- Add the rest of the Power Macintosh "machine" possibilities
(using strncasecmp where necessary).
