Log message:
add a slew of new urls, based on efforts integrating the german
version of the documentation. Some of these are general and should be
used by all, some are defined as specifically german. Let me know if
you have other URLs you want to add, or just go ahead and add them.
Also, I include some basic lang-dependant switching of www.debian.org,
for instance, using www.jp.debian.org, www.debian.de, and
www.es.debian.org for the appropriate language versions
