- color_or_monochome.c functionality has been merged into main.c
Now the steps are:
read kernel boot parameters.
set env variables for color or monochrome displays.
initialize the screen.
- renamed initMonoScreen to boxInit, as it initializes the screen in
color or monochrome mode depending on the environment. (I've changed
the function name in bogl/bowl-boxes.c also).
