Herbert, we seem to have a pretty large (or at least vocal ;) set of
people for whom the tecra disks are not functioning properly.
Do you think you could work directly with these folks and try to
resolve these issues?  I guess it's just going to need a bit of 
trial-and-error.

It might be that there is no good solution and
we need to just throw up some replacement kernels on the web
which work for some people with problems....  Funny that Tom's
boot disk seems to work so well for so many, however...?
