You can grab miboot (version 1.0d4-2) at:
deb http://sprite.fr.eu.org/dist/debian/ ./
It works here with this version and rsrce in the archive.
There's a bug in rsrce I worked around in this version, but I'm not
really sure it was the problem.
Can you try it ?
