Bug#243705: languagechooser: Do not use unnecessary "Choose this to continue in..." entries in languagelist

Quoting Nikolai Prokoschenko (nikolai@prokoschenko.de):

My first impression is that Nikolai suggestion is good. This would
make languagechooser screen easier to read.

However, choosing "Choose to to proceed in..." was maybe the result of
some considerations during the initial design of Debian Installer.

Do any of the d-i "old timers" remember the rationale for this choice?

Nikolai example is a good example as the "Choose this to proceed
in...." translations are nearly the same for
RUssian/Belarusian/Bulgarian/Ukrainian....
