No, the initrd do not contains such file. The hardware is an IDE dvd.

This need to be there. Actually no network and no cdrom (and not hw floppy)
cannot make Debian installed :-)

Anyway, are you sure that modules are working right with recent busybox? I
remember a problem, two months ago that prevented lo load modules. And lsmod
gives no output at all, actually.
