Hi, Backports list! I now have backported the uwsgi package to squeeze. The necessary changes were minimal. The source package can be found here: http://users.last.fm/~sven/squeeze-backports/uwsgi_1.2.3+dfsg-2~bpo60+1.dsc I can build binary packages from this source package on a minimal squeeze installation, with two packages installed from squeeze-backports: libjansson4 and libjansson-dev. The original source package this backport is made from is taken from unstable. As Cyril pointed out in his mail earlier, the uwsgi people have removed the dependency on luajit (which is not in squeeze and will be removed from wheezy) in this new version, for which they have requested a freeze exception. I don't know whether you think this package should go into squeeze-backports. I have built the packages because I needed them on squeeze.
