Wizd on 2.6.18-4-ixp4xx
Hello Debian-ARM specialists,
l own a NSLU2 (slug!) and have recently converted from the Unslung firmware to Debian/NSLU2 (etch) because we admin a large number of debian boxen at work, and Debian has a much large package repository than
NSLU2-linux.org Optware Ikpg repository.
This unfortunately leaves me without my most important application, a media server called Wizd (http://sourceforge.net/projects/wizd/
)
NSLU2-linux.org provides a ipkg for it, but it is an MSB executable, whereas the Debian/NSLU2 stuff is all LSB executables.
MSB executable = big-endian, LSB executable = little-endian if i'm not mistaken.
Can anyone put me on the right track on how to go about "converting" / cross-compiling / whatever in order for me to get this application running? Sourgeforge has the sources. There are also unofficial deb sources for a deb 386 package for wizd on the web.
t.i.a., regards,
Johan
