This is not a bug. You do have a web server running already on port 80,
on both IPv4 and IPv6. Perhaps you installed nginx, lighttpd or
whatever. Do "netstat -lntp" and you will see that.

On the other hand is a local isse with your file system. You probably
moved that inode out of the way or use something like that before
changing the working directory in your shell.
