Bug#156098: apache-ssl depends on deprecated db1

Package: apache-ssl
Version: 1.3.26.1+1.48-2
Followup-For: Bug #156098

This is not a simple rebuild. The package/source needs to be updated to
use db2 or greater. (I tried. :))
