DAC960 and SRM trouble

Hello -
I had a DAC960P in my AS1200 and it was working fine, but rather slow.
I found what I believe is a DAC960PD-Ultra (d040393 - the x-reference
just says PD - is this ultra-wide?) in hopes that it
would be faster in utilizing my ultra-wide drives. It has the 3.x
firmware version (latest 2-chip firmware). Well, I put it in, copied
the config from the other controller and ran a parity check just to make
sure. I then tried to boot from it (I was booting from the old one
without problem) but srm said "no controller found for device DRA0. I
did a sh dev and it listed something like:
dra0.x.x.x	DRA0	3member raid 5
dra1.x.x.x	DRA1	3 member Raid 0

but it wont boot from it.
Any ideas? or is this two chip firware not supported in srm?

Thank's,
Mike Campbell

p.s. - btw, the thing works - i have a spare drive which i booted from
with root=/dev/rd/c0d0p2 no problem
